岗位职责Roles and Accountabilities:根据公司规章制度和安全程序,，对接收站和分输站场内的所有电气仪表设备进行日常,、预防维护和应急维修，以确保设备的可靠性。To conduct routine predictive, preventative and breakdown maintenance on all types of instrumentation and electrical equipment in all areas of the Terminal and Pipeline, while adhering to all safety requirements and policies so to ensure reliable equipment.主要工作Principal Activities:根据设备规格书和安全操作程序， 安全，及时，高效和正确的进行电仪设备的日常，预防维护和故障检修工作。Conduct routine, predictive, preventative, and breakdown ? maintenance on a variety of electrical and instrument equipment in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and accurate manner, in accordance with manufacturers specifications and safe operating procedures, to ensure that equipment downtime is minimized.确保电气系统的可靠性，包括110千伏变电站等。Ensures the reliability for electrical system including 110KV substation.根据现场实际需求计划及实施改造方案以提高设备的可靠性。Draft and implement the MOC plan to improve the reliability of electric and instrument equipment.在电仪经理的授权下监督仪电承包商的工作。Supervising and signing off the work of contract staff as authorized by Instrument and Electrical Manager.根据项目计划对新增的电仪设备进行调试和投产。Commissioning and start-up for the added instrument and electrical equipment according to the project plan.依照公司的相关程序对进入现场的设备进行检查和相关人员的电仪安全培训。According the company correlative safety procedure to inspect the electrical equipment and I/E safety training to the contractors.积极推广安全文化以体现安全***的理念。Assist in the promotion of a positive safety culture so that safety is main priority.积极收集反馈意见以满足操作的需求。Solicit feedback on service provided so to ensure that the needs of the Operations group are fully met.职责描述Duties and Responsibilites :利用配置的资源准备日常维护和故障检修工作，依据安全规章制度或程序，在电仪经理的授权下，监督和验收承包商的工作。Prepare for maintenance by assisting in the allocation of resources for all routine and breakdown maintenance jobs, supervising and signing off the work of contract staff as authorized by Instrument and Electrical Manager in accordance with safety regulations/procedures so to ensure adequate resources and quality work.实施预防性维护以保持电仪设备处于良好状态。Implement the preventive maintenance procedure to keep the instrument and electrical equipment in good condition.起草和及时完善相关的工作规程和程序。Draft and promote relevant work procedures and regulations, keep reviewing and updating them timely.对110KV 变电站进行日常维护和预防性维护。Daily maintenance and prevent maintenance for 110KV substation.负责所有变电站以及供电系统的安全操作。Be responsible for safe operation of terminal and pipeline substations and power supply system.根据MAXIMO的工作流程完成人力，材料等的计划和汇报。Arrange and report the relative label and materials according to the MAXIMO system work flow .根据设备规格书和公司程序，对负责的设备通过故障诊断，修理损坏部分实行预防维护以减少停车时间。Carry out predictive and preventative maintenance by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing faulty parts on all equipment in assigned area of responsibility in accordance with manufacturers ' specifications and company procedures so to minimize downtime.确保所有专用仪器，工具完好，备件充足，资源可及时利用。并将工具和剩余备件及时返库。Maintain resources for work by ensuring that all ? special instruments, tools and relevant spares are available prior to repair work and returning same to tool crib attendants at the end of the job in order to minimize downtime.积极的加强维修和操作人员的沟通，通过准备和提交交接班记录，简短向接班人员和电仪经理交接。确保所有相关人员知晓每天的工作。Foster and promote continuous communication between maintenance and operational personnel through briefing incoming shift personnel on all work in progress and by preparing and submitting shift reports to Instrument Manager on all repairs effected during shift so to ensure that all relevant personnel are aware of day to day activities.根据需要为公司关键员工提供结构化的培训Provide as required structured training sessions to key identified staff.安全要求 Safety Requirements:自觉遵守公司的安全生产方针/目标Consciously abide by the safety operation policies/goals in GDLNG;严格遵守公司的安全生产程序和制度Strictly abide by the safety operation procedures and regulations in GDLNG自觉参与公司的安全文化建设Consciously participate in safety culture development companywide;爱岗敬业，自觉参加公司的安全培训和教育，努力掌握和提高岗位技能和安全生产水平Be passionate and dedicated to work, consciously participate in company safety trainings and instructions, endeavor to master and improve professional skills and safety operation level发现风险或隐患，及时汇报Report immediately once the potential safety risks are identified参与公司的应急演练或制度建设Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation能力与工作经验 Competencies and Work Experience:至少5年在气体工艺装置进行故障处理和维修电仪设备的经历，至少2年110KV变电站维护经历。Minimum of five years experiences in a gas processing facility in the diagnosing and repair of electrical and instrument equipment. Minimum of two years maintenance experience in 110KV substation will be plus.教育背景Educational Background:电气专业相关大学本科毕业，学士学位。University graduated with bachelor's degree of electrical engineering;其他 Other Competencies:良好的英语读写能力。有高压电工特种作业证的优先考虑。Good English writing and reading skills. A high voltage electrical liciense will be plus.
