Roles and Accountabilities（岗位职责）The Planning &ampamp Scheduling Engineer provides standards and functional direction for all schedule control activities, who is responsible for the schedule/planning control functions. 计划工程师负责计划控制，对所有计划作业提供标准及职能方向。Principal Activities（主要工作）Establish high level project milestones.建立项目里程碑点Generate related PEP of planning &ampamp scheduling control起草计划部分的项目执行计划Define the standard scheduling format, structure and WBS定义标准的计划格式，结构和工作分解结构（WBS）Generation and development of project master and integrated schedule, such as level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4制定并完善项目主计划及总体计划，如一级，二级，三级及四级计划Set up weighting system建立权重体系Set up Physical Progress Measurement System and monitor or track contractors ' progress建立物理进度衡量体系并监督及跟踪分包商实际进度Perform and/or oversee schedule risk analysis计划风险监测及分析Overall project schedule Integration, progress and resources control控制总体项目计划，进度及资源状况Progress Delay &ampamp Critical Path Analysis进度落后及关键路径分析Closely connection with design, procurement and construction departments for or perfect project schedule与其他设计，采办及施工部门相关人员密切沟通与协调，以便更新及完善项目计划Review and analyze contractors ' performance and productivity (SPI)审查并分析分包商施工生产率Generate weekly and monthly report together with related bar-t, S-cureve and histogram drawing起草周报、月报，并提供相关S曲线、人力柱状图及P6计划甘特图Other works arranged by leader领导安排的其它工作Safety Requirements （安全要求）Consciously abide by the safety operation policies/goals in GDLNG;自觉遵守公司的安全生产方针/目标Strictly abide by the safety operation procedures and regulations in GDLNG严格遵守公司的安全生产程序和制度Consciously participate in safety culture development companywide;自觉参与公司的安全文化建设Be passionate and dedicated to work, consciously participate in company safety trainings and instructions, endeavor to master and improve professional skills and safety operation level爱岗敬业，自觉参加公司的安全培训和教育，努力掌握和提高岗位技能和安全生产水平Report immediately once the potential safety risks are identified发现风险或隐患，及时汇报Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development参与公司的应急演练或制度建设Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议Competencies and Experience（能力与经验）Excellent communicator and coordinator良好的沟通与协调能力Strong planning &ampamp scheduling control skills, good at P6 and Microsoft Project software良好的计划控制技能，熟练使用P6及Microsoft Project等计划软件High level of individual initiative and personal efficiency主动性强及高效率工作Professional demeanor良好的职业素养Good spoken and written English capability良好的英语交流与书定能力5+ years of planning &ampamp scheduling work5年以上工作经验Educational Background（教育背景）University degree or equivalent大学本科
