This position is responsible for preparing the detailed well AFE using technical input supplied by Drilling, Logistics and Contracts/Procurement personnel. The position will be in ge of daily cost tracking of drilling operations and support services onshore and offshore. The holder reports to drilling management the findings that enable an assessment of drilling performance and allows a determination of whether action is required to ensure control of costs. This position will verify invoices ensuring they are based on approved rates, are supported by required back-up documentation, are arithmetically correct and are coded properly. The position holder will be responsible for preparing Purchase Requests. Previous experience and proficiency required:• Technical background to enable a thorough understanding of drilling and logistics related invoices.• Drilling AFE preparation.• Tracking costs in a drilling environment.• Cost forecasting.• Invoice verification.• Relevant professional degree or equivalent (preferably a technical/engineering degree).• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. • Knowledge, experience and proficiency in all of the activities described above.财富500强石油巨头急招。
