职位描述及要求Deion: The Senior Production Engineer is responsible for the review of well/field production performance, production data analysis, the evaluation and optimization of production technology, the planning of workover and production enhancement. To help to figure out short-term and long-term solutions for production enhancement, through well remediation and process optimization, using the data gathered during monitoring and surveillance of production.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:• Work with the sub surface team to define wellbore mechanic status based on well completion &ampamp workover history.• Nodal analysis for input to subsurface team.• Investigate stimulation techniques and make recommendations accordingly.• Artificial lift investigation and Optimization.• Ensure safe and technical design integrity. • Communicate with the client’s well engineering function as required.• Provide active mentoring to the technical community assigned to work on a common project.Qualifications: • Bachelor in Petroleum or Production Engineering with minimum 10 years industry experience.• Experience in nodal analysis, decision analysisand artificial lift design, familiar with application software such as Prosper• Fluent Spoken English and excellent Written English is a MUST.• Work experience in multi-disciplinary teams and in managing work against safety, quality, cost and time indicators.• Strong teamwork, presentation and interpersonal skills, with good client-facing skills.• Adaptability to consulting services environment.• Willingness to take overseas business tripEmail:careers@tiandienergy.com
