As Fishing Tool Supervisor, you will supervise all offshore fishing jobs including whip stocks, abandonment, thru-tubing equipment and all Smith Services equipment, offering advice and guidance to all our clients in China . Also will act as a liaison between the rig site and office by attending morning meetings and preparing tool lists and programs.Requirement:1. Completion of Bachelor.2. 5 years+ experience as a Fishing Tool Supervisor or equivalent.3. Thru-Tubing experience preferred, but not essential.4.Will act as a liaison between the rig site and in location Operation Supervisors by attending morning meetings.5.Works closely with field and warehouse personnel and preparing tool lists and programs.6.Proven ability to form good business relationships with customers and employees.7.Strong commitment to company policies and procedures and QHSE.8.Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a challenging environment.9.Willing to travel as requested and must possess a valid driving license.10.Possess valid medical certificate and offshore survival certificates11.Good organizational skills and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
