一、招聘岗位：电气主管2人二、岗位职责：（1）领导和监督电气团队对工厂中的所有电气设备进行纠正和预防性维护;（2）检查电气工程图纸并提交需要更改的问题;（3）根据电气服务时间表分配工作任务和工作;（4）根据需要招聘，指导，培训，监督和终止指派的员工;（5）推荐有效的解决方案，指定与雇员就业状况相关的特定重量（6）提供有关修改工作政策，安全规定，电气规范和规范的信息;（7）审查未来的建筑物规划并检查新建筑物，以确保符合当前的电气规范和维护规范;（8）准备方法说明，准备工作执行所需的备件套件，材料和消耗品;（9）控制运行期间HSE活动的执行，参与工作执行和控制船员的活动;（10）准备工作完成报告和建议，以订购备件和材料。四、薪资待遇：综合平均月薪4万人民币左右，五险一金；上28天休28天；休假无薪资，长期运维。五、工作地点：伊拉克马季努恩Electrical Supervisor(1). Lead and supervise electrical team perform the corrective and preventive maintenance for all the electrical equipment in the plant;(2). Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes;(3). Assign job tasks and work as per electrical service schedules;(4). Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required;(5). Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees;(6). Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications;(7). Review future buildings plans and inspect new buildings to ensure compliance with current electrical codes and maintenance specifications;(8). Prepare method statements, prepare spare-part kits, materials and consumables required for work execution;(9). Control the execution of HSE activities during operations, participate in work execution and control the activities of crew members;(10). Prepare work completion reports and proposals to order spare parts and materials.
