职责描述：The functions of the role are:岗位职能：&ampamp#8226;Develop a Well Delivery Management System for the asset(s) based on the Front-End Loading process. 根据项目前期规划制定井工程管理系统。&ampamp#8226;Prepares long-term strategies for effective delivery of Asset development goals. 制定长期开发战略，实现项目开发目标。&ampamp#8226;Building of strong and efficient well delivery engineering to execution teams to meet the Asset planning and execution requirements. 组建符合项目规划和执行要求的井工程团队，从工程施工到执行团队。&ampamp#8226;Ensuring technical integrity of all well construction activities covering multiple disciplines: well engineering, completion engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, etc. 确保井工程相关各专业的技术完整性：建井工程，完井工程，相关作业，采购，物流后勤等。&ampamp#8226;Leveraging all best practices and lessons learned similar well construction and field development activities. 学习借鉴优秀的同类建井和气田开发案例&ampamp#8226;Participate actively in the concept identification and ion phases of all field development plans in the related assets. 积极参与相关项目开发方案的概念和开发阶段确定。&ampamp#8226;Defining the most appropriate well types and well construction technologies to maximize the value of the assets. 界定开发井类型和建井技术，化实现项目价值。&ampamp#8226;Develop solid plans for execution of field development activities a well construction point of view. 从建井角度制定油气田开发可行方案。&ampamp#8226;Support field development activity operations to optimize value of information and synergy with other disciplines. 协同各专业配合支持现场开发作业，优化专业知识价值。&ampamp#8226;Support the implementation of production enhancement in these assets. 支持项目增产实施。&ampamp#8226;Prepare, contribute, implement and monitor departmental policies, operational processes, standards, and procedures. Contribute to the annual internal budgeting process. 制定，实施和监督部门内部制度，作业工艺，标准和程序。负责年度内部预算制定工作。Review equipment/technology using knowledge of industry best practice.综合行业先进技术知识负责设备和技术把关。&ampamp#8226;Build and maintain relationships with key SPM counterparts and stakeholders, both within SPM and partners/JVs, in order to influence all matters relating to well construction, field development and asset management. 建立和维护关键SPM合作相对方及利益相关方关系，包括SPM内及其合作伙伴/合作公司，以此影响建井、油气田开发和项目管理相关事宜。&ampamp#8226;Prepare departmental statements and reports of well construction timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies and standards. 及时准确的编写建井相关报告，符合部门相关规定，制度和标准。&ampamp#8226;Mentoring and coaching. Develop future Well Delivery Managers. 指导和培训，培养未来/预备井工程经理。&ampamp#8226;Assistance to company recruitment process. 协助公司招聘相关事宜。任职要求：The Well Delivery Manager should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. engineering degree and 15+ years of industry experience covering the following; 科学（理工科）学士或硕士学历，15年以上行业工作经验Management of multidisciplinary projects consisting of well engineering, operations, contractor management, etc. 综合项目管理经验，包括井工程，运营，合作商管理等。Technical Engineering Leadership in constructing several field development plans (FDP) 多个油气田开发方案制定的技术工程领导经验。Should have demonstrable Project Management knowledge through experience, covering strategic planning, cost control, scheduling, knowledge management, and QHSE 具有项目管理经验，包括方案制定，成本控制，排产，知识管理和QHSE管理。Strong well engineering background 丰富的井工程背景
