Responsibilities：• Strategic planning all the upstream business development activities/projects, mergers and acquisitions, strategic &amp equity investments etc. on a global basis• To formulate and organize the implementation of the company's business development plan, the annual business plan including business planning, project evaluation, financial analysis, modelling and due-diligence for investment projects.• Responsible for the complete management indicators, quantitative analysis of operating results and to adjust strategies in line to continue the optimization improvements;• Organizational management and resource scheduling;• Overall in-ge of the daily operation of the company's administrative and operational activities to create a good corporate development operations within the external environment and to establish a standardized and efficient operational management system;• To achieve business control and performance targets with maximized profitability and operational efficiency;• Establish and maintain various work (market intelligence, competition analysis, financial institutions, professional relationships, consultants, etc) to achieve business targets; • Responsible for upstream management and staff appointments, training, management, motivation, assessment, and team building; • Regular reporting to the Board of Directors on proposed operations and financial status reportQualification• Degree holders in Engineering or Business Administrations• At least 15 years ' working experience in upstream business with international exposures• Efficient, very well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility• Effectively maintain confidentiality and preserve integrity of sensitive information and data• Analytical mind, good common sense and sensitive to numbers as well as good commercial sense• Able to multitask, prioritize, track projects and follow through with assigned tasks• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels effectively;
