Summary/Overview:Be responsible for maintaining all electrical equipment on offshore platform. Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are carried out in a safe, efficient and professional manner, all equipment achieve expected availability and reliability.Accountabilities and Responsibilities:1、Ensures compliance with NFX HSE policies, regulations and procedures.2、Reports hazard to supervisor or HSE representative and take corrective action3、Ensure that all activities are carried out in safe, efficient manner in compliance with HSE standards, work procedures and electrical control codes.4、Carry out all maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration and inspection of all electrical equipment and systems, this will include, but is not limited to; High voltage switchboard, Low voltage switchboard, UPS, electrical motors, motor controller, power generator, transformer, ESP, HVAC, electrical heat tracing and various electrical equipment installed on platform etc. 5、Assist team lead to plan yearly work programs and budget for offshore electrical section and execute the work programs accordingly while controlling the expense to be within approved budget.6、Ensure all electrical PMs and CMs are completed in a timely manner.7、Use experience and knowledge to investigate and rectify technical problems working unsupervised.8、Provide on the job training, coaching and support to all electrical trainees or new comer.9、Safely carry out all reasonable duties assigned to you during any emergency situation. Assist the electrical foreman to ensure there are suitable and sufficient spare parts offshore for repairs.10、Assist team lead to develop training aids, Job cards, Maintenance procedures, Operating procedures and 2 year spare parts for platform electrical systems comply with company policies and Maintenance strategies.11、Fill in electrical isolation permit as required, implement safety isolation for electrical equipment, lockout and tagged for it. 12、Supply contractor power for its reasonable power consumption, and supervise electrical safety.13、Remain flexible and be prepared to work and help operations and other trades personnel as required.14、Responsible as a member of platform emergency response team. 15、Act as electrical team lead in his area of responsibilities if assigned during his absent 16、Have the right to refuse implementing the unsafe instruction superior during operating.17、Responsible for ensuring that all workshop facilities are kept in an orderly manner.18、Ensuring that good handover notes are provided for alternate.Education, Qualifications &amp Experiences: 1、College diploma (minimum), Bachelor in electrical and electronic engineering (preferred);2、3 years ' offshore experience within the Oil Industry on Electrical equipment maintenance;3、Good understanding of electrical standard on electrical offshore installation; 4、Good understanding of electrical power generation, distribution and electrical equipment offshore;5、Electrician certificate.Required Competencies/Skills: 1、Basic understanding in offshore Health, Safety and Environment regulations, standards and procedures.2、Self-motivated.3、Strong work ethics.4、Basic computer skills in general.5、Basic English speaking skills and writing proficiency.6、Able to work in offshore harsh environment. 7、Able to work with a team environment.
