Job Deion:1. Participates in and supports category management activities. Serves as the facilitation point,between regional sourcing team and other Supply Chain stakeholders, to ensure time lines and deliverable are met. Engages with all relevant stakeholders and contributes to developing and executing improvement actions with suppliers.2. Conducts bid analysis utilizing cost models for negotiating lowest total cost of ownership with suppliers. Prepared award recommendations and facilitate sourcing strategy implementation.3. Leading for supplier evaluation, ion and quotation and new project implement for the assigned sourcing/purchasing products.Responsible for developing &ampampmanaging the commercial terms and supply relationships with performance monitoring.4. Working effectively with teams to manage and execute the supplier development process.5. Analyse spending data to recommend sourcing opportunity to China vendors and improvements in pricing or supply chain.The Successful Applicant:1. Undergraduate degree in any engineering or business.2. Above 5 years work experience in global sourcing/procurement function and relevant machining categories.3. Capability of understanding technical documentation and standards (machine drawings, material specifications and classification, etc.) is desired.4. Possession of Project Management, Procurement/Supply Chain certification is preferred.5. Proactive problem solving attitude, responsible, teamwork spirit.6. Strong interpersonal communication skills and English is a must.7. Computer skills: SAP and Microsoft tool set8. Travel requirements vary based on project requirement – typically 20r more.
