任职要求/岗位职责

职位描述及要求机械师岗位职责和要求：- 检测公司的设备和工具的使用情况，并识别需要RF改进的地方；- 协助车间主管做购买设备和供应用品的订单准备；- 审查所有的操作/技术公告，做好各个作业点的沟通和实施的所有的指令要求；- 确保所有的设备正常使用和维修，培训带队监督和队长（包括在平台的操作人员）正确使用处理机械设备；- 管理和监督设备的利用完好率，减少NPT(非生产时间)；- 负责确保公司设备监控，维修计划，并定期有效地执行；- 协调和监督“ETM”系统的使用；- 填写EFR记录并做好存档；- 如有需要负责车间仓库的配件监管使用记录。应聘要求：- 至少有3年以上在油田服务相关工作经验，至少1年作为初级技工和同等的地位；- 技术学位；- 必须具有英语阅读和写作的能力。Job Responsibilities And Requirements: -Monitor the operational performance of theCompany’s equipment and tools , Identify areas forimprovement. ·-Assist Workshop supervisor prepare purchaseorders for the purchase of equipment and supplies. - Review all Operational/Technical bulletins,communicate pertinent points to crew members and implement all directives asrequired. -Assure that all equipment is properly used andmaintained by the rig operating personnel and when applicable, train crews andrig supervisors in the proper handling of mechanical equipment-Manage and oversee the utilization of equipmentto minimize NPT- Accountable to ensure Company’smaintenance program is carried out routinely and effectively-Coordinate and supervise the usage of the ETMSystem ·- May required to go filed jobs - Qualification: Min 3 years relevant experiencein an oilfield service environment with a minimum 1 year as a Junior Mechanicor equivalent position. -Technical degree - Must ableto read and write English福利待遇：1. 薪酬待遇面议。2. 正式录用后按国家相关法律法规，签订正式劳动合同，并购买五险一金（养老保险，医疗保险，工伤保险，失业保险，生育保险和住房公积金）。3. 公司为员工的职业发展设计职业生涯规划，建立以能力为标准的晋升通道，并未员工提供各类技能等培训机会。
