岗位职责:&amp#61599; 负有管理、辅导团队的职责，认真践行并积极推进公司价值观和企业文化建设。包括但不限于责任与承诺、道德与合规、CI持续改进等。Be responsible for managing and coaching the team and carefully practice and actively push forward the company’s values and enterprise cultural construction including but not only limited to responsibilities, commitments, ethics, compliance, CI, etc.&amp#61599; 负责赛科的医疗及急救工作，保障生产的顺利进行。Take responsibilities for SECCO medical treatment and first-aid; safeguard smooth production.&amp#61599; 及时向领导提出建议，确保赛科的职业卫生工作符合国家及当地的法规、政策及标准。Propose to the superiors; ensure SECCO’s compliance with national &amp local codes, policies &amp standards for occupational hygiene.&amp#61599; 负责制订赛科的健康医疗卫生制度、职责、程序、预案、计划。Develop health, medical &amp hygiene policies, responsibilities, procedures, pre-plans and plans of SECCO.&amp#61599; 负责完成定期的医疗及健康管理报告。Complete regular medical and health management reports.&amp#61599; 负责按有关法律法规建立赛科的职业卫生档案及保密的职工健康档案。Establish occupational hygiene archives and confidential staff health archives of SECCO in accordance with laws and regulations.&amp#61599; 负责组织实施员工的上岗前体检、工作期间定期体检、发生职业病事故或疑似职业病事故时有关员工的体检和离岗前体检及体检结果的分析、汇总、报告、存档、告知工作。Organize &amp execute pre-post physical check, regular physical check and physical check on patients and suspects of professional diseases and off-post check as well as analysis, collection, report, filing and notification, etc.&amp#61599; 负责实施赛科的卫生检查。Execute sanitary inspection of SECCO.&amp#61599; 负责赛科的医疗卫生及急救培训。Practise medical care and first-aid trainings of SECCO.&amp#61599; 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。Complete timely other tasks assigned by managers above.任职资格:&amp#61599; 教育背景：大学本科及以上学历。专业要求：医学院校预防医学专业，熟悉临床和预防医学工作。Education Background: Bachelor or above, Majored in preventative medical science at medical school; familiar with clinical and preventative medical science.&amp#61599; 10年以上相关工作经验，石油化工工作背景或是职业卫生管理工作经验，5年以上管理工作经验。Over 10 years related working experience, petrochemical industrial background or occupational hygiene management work experience and management work experience over 5 years. &amp#61599; 对业务领域内新技术或新技术趋势有很强的学习能力。Excellent capability to apprehend new knowledge or new technology.&amp#61599; 善于交流, 出色的影响力。Good communication skills.
