1Qualification and Certification Requirementa) Prefer Bachelor (BSc) degree certificate of petroleum or higher.b) Valid International well control training certificate (IADC or IWCF) l, prefer IWCF.c) Valid "H2S" training certificate.d) Valid physical health certificate (persons with disease such as cardiopathy, sudden dyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis B and other communicable diseases, etc., are unacceptable).e) Age shall be no more than 45 years old, and age no more than 40 years old is preferred.2Working Experience Requirementa) Minimum 8 years working experience in the drilling/completion/workover and well intervention operations.b) Minimum 5 years working experience in the position of completion and workover superintendent.3Skill Requirementa) Familiar with the standards of API/ISO standards and other industrial and international Recommended Practices.b) Familiar with design process and able to prepare detailed programs with regards to well completion, well intervention, well stimulation and reservoir surveillance, etc.c) Skillful in giving written and oral instructions in English on daily completion and workover operations at well location.d) Familiar with all the tools used in the Completion and Workover Operations.e) Able to solve well complexes with teamwork.f) Capable of supervising vertical and horizontal well operations of Completion, Workover, ESP Installation, Stimulation, and Other Down-hole and well services Activities, etc.g) Master well killing sheet and procedures, and be able to organize well killing operation at site.h) Skillful in calculation of the Completion and Workover parameters, such as hydraulics, well killing, mud weighting, downhole pressure, annulus speed and gas immigration speed, etc.i) Capable of inputting the Completion and Workover Daily Report with WELLVIEW software provided by Company.j) Capable of initiating and reviewing Final Post Job Reports and capture the lessons learnt after each operation.k) Capable of management, guidance, and assessment of on-site operation supervisorl) Capable of managing all relevant service providers by contract, and promptly warning about non-compliance with contracts and affecting operations.m) Fluent in oral and written English, able to have free communication with people and undertake all kinds of paper work in English.n) Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT and PROJECT, etc.o) Excellent coordination skills with people.p) Demonstrable leadership and people management ability.q) Strong organizational and time management skills.r) Strong understanding of down hole materials and conditions.s) Ability to work with hard climate condition for long hours.4Position Responsibilitya) Advertise API/ISO standards and other industrial and international Recommended Practices.b) Accountable for Conceptual Designs, Basic Designs and Detailed Designs c) Responsible for communication and presentation of the technical design works with internal and external customers.d) Responsible for Time and Cost estimation for budgeting.e) Responsible to Material Requisitions.f) Responsible for ITT tendering works, e.g. Technical Specification and Requirement, Technical Evaluation Strategy, etc.g) Responsible for Study and Research activities.h) Accountable for the of Well Historical Database and Well Integrity Database in time.i) To be consulted for the on-site planning and execution of operation activities.Provide technical diagnosis and supporting to solve complexities encountered in operations.j) Maintain good communication and coordination with the relevant Company departments/sections and personnel for fully supporting well operation.k) Optimize operation procedures, summarize lessons learnt and identify areas for continuous improvement.l) Prepare PPT document and make a presentation to the staff of Downhole Operation Department for design principals, design limits and applicable standards/recommended practice.m) Responsible for other tasks assigned by the operation manager.
