任职要求/岗位职责

Main Responsibilities:-Plan and implement the HR policies and procedures;-Ensure the policies in compliance with the local legal requirements as well as corporate direction;-Develop and implement HR operation policies and procedures;-Manage recruitment process and the right staff and monitor the recruitment cost;-Implement the performance management process;-Design and implement training system;-Ensure the payroll and HR reports are completed on time;-Ensure the HR records are maintained and d;-Manage and recommend the compensation packages by observing the market trends and practices.Requirements: -Bachelor or above degree, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;-Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources, preferably in oil &amp gas industry;-Preferably working experience in MENA;-Well versed in labour law as well as HR related regulations;-Excellent communication skills and people skills;-Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic;-Nationality: Chinese.
