1 According to day in /day out experience with production activities and communications with production teams, provide feedbacks and recommendations for optimizing safety management system and practice.2 Supervise operation and maintenance teams to conduct hazard identification and risk assessment, review safety plan on high risk works.3 Coordinate site regular safety audits, supervise corrective actions management.4 Coordinate SCIP and other external inspections.5 Develop safety training programs and conduct safety training and knowledge share to employees and contractors.6 Lead safety management on contractors.7 Maintain and optimize Safety Work System, Certify qualification on multiple SWP related roles.-safety work permit -confined space entry -hot work permit -work at height permit/ Scaffold /fall protection. -line breaking/energy isolation/LOTO/blinding. -lifting permit -excavation permit -radiation work permit8 Lead incident investigation, RCA and failure learnings.9 Coach junior safety engineer and develop their safety knowledge.10 Develop site EHS compliance plan and coordinate the deployment11 Support the EHS team for law/regulation/standard interpretation12 Responsible for safety law/regulation/standard collecting/identification/evaluation.Required Experience &ampamp Knowledge1 Above 2 years compliance or operation related experience in hazardous chemical production process.2 Above 5 years safety management experience in hazardous chemical industry.3 Familiar with hazardous chemical safety management related laws, regulations and GB Codes.4 In depth knowledge of safe work practices in hazardous chemical production facility.5 Rich experience in safety management of contractors.6 Certified national safety engineer.
