Work Activities:工作职责：· Document financial transactions by entering account information输入账户信息记录财务交易· Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports收集信息，编制资产负债表，损益表与其他报告汇总当前财务状况· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures编制和推荐政策与程序维持会计控制· Secure financial information by completing database backups完成数据库备份以保证财务信息安全· Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions交易核对，分配，发布与对账· Analyze financial information and summarize financial status财务信息分析与财务状况汇总· Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures会计系统与程序的复核与改动建议· Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process参与财务标准设定与预测过程· Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance配合内部与外部审计确保合规· Support month-end and year-end close process配合月末和年末结账过程· Communicate effectively with clients, Banks and other internal stakeholders与客户，银行和内部股东有效沟通· Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise与经理或主管沟通工作状况以及出现的客户问题· Recording of payroll expense and monthly reconciliation with HR team on all personal employee expenses记录薪资费用，每月与人力资源部团队进行个人员工费用对账· Prepare intercompany invoices, transactions, and reconciliations on a monthly basis每月制作公司内部发票，交易与对账· Support PO and A/C payable processes配合PO, A/C应付过程· Cash flow and petty cash recordings现金流与备用金记录· Responsible for monthly tax preparation and filing with local authorities负责每月税收准备工作及提交当地部门Qualifications for recruitment招聘资格条件Required qualifications:所需资格：· University education in accounting, finance or business大学学历会计金融或贸易专业· Financial or Accounting certification财务或会计证书· Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience至少2-3年会计行业工作经验Nice to haves:加分项：· Experience in Oil &ampamp Gas Trade拥有石油和天然气贸易行业经验· Accountancy qualification (CPA, CICPA, ACA or any other equivalent certification会计资格证书（CPA, CICPA, ACA 或其他同等的证书）· Experience and knowledge in letter of credit and trade finance such as discounting LC, finance, etc.拥有信用证，贸易融资如信用证押汇，金融等经验与知识。Required Competencies：所需胜任力:· Excellent English skills- verbal &ampamp written优秀的英语口语和书写能力· Excellent command on excel熟练操作excel· Knowledge of taxation laws税务法律知识· Ability to work under pressure能承受较大的工作压力· Multi-Tasking同时执行多个任务的能力· Meeting deadlines在要求期限内按时完成任务· Awareness of data quality importance了解数据质量重要性· Familiar with ERP systems熟悉ERP系统
