任职要求/岗位职责

一、关键职责 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.目标区生产跟踪分析，月度、季度、年度动态分析；
Track production performance and conduct monthly/quarterly/annual performance analysis；
2.新井井位优化部署，新井钻后评价；
New well location optimization and post drilling well evaluation；
3.油气藏油藏工程方法研究；
Reservoir engineering study on oil and gas reservoir；
4.油藏动态模型建立和历史拟合；
Establish dynamic model and history match；
5.开发方案研究及开发方案实施跟踪和调整；
Development plan optimization and adjustment；
6.油气藏储量评估；
Reserves estimation；
7.年度勘探开发部署方案编制；
Develop annual exploration and development plan；
8.新项目开发潜力评价。
New project development potential evaluation.
二、任职资格，经验，技能等要求 QUALIFICATIONS，EXPERIENCE &ampamp SKILLS
1. 油藏工程或油田开发专业,要求本科以上学历；
2.10年以上油气田开发相关工作经验；
3. 具备综合动态油藏分析，物质平衡计算，递减曲线分析,试井分析及PVT分析能力；
4. 熟悉建模软件Petrel RE, Eclipse, OFM，至少熟练使用一种专业数值模拟软件，熟练使用office软件；
5. 有较强的英语听、读、写能力，能很好进行英语交流，具备较强责任心及团队协作精神。
