Accountabilities:1.Meet agreed sales target by implementing agreed sales activities.2.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and assist in the development of brand awareness in South China.3.Identify and develop new key industrial direct customers.4.Maintain existing customers and establish long-term relationship with them.5.To ensure credit and payments are kept under control within the agreed terms for each account.6.To manage the day-to-day sales activities and maintain the records of customers and prospects.7.Prepare regular report to supervisors and sales manager on sales activities, competitor information and market intelligence;8.Adhere strictly the Shell Group Business Principles;9.Comply with Group standards relating to HSSE and local legislation throughout activities.10.Foster and inspire LAT spirit in all activities;Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above.Good selling, communication and negotiation skills.Active, aggressive and responsible.At least 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in Gas/Fuel selling.With a good knowledge of market trend, and with good customer &ampamp official connections in the related fields.Good command of oral and written English.Good business sense.
