任职要求/岗位职责

Essential Duties:1. Ensure the engineering integrity of operating sites in maintained.2. Ensure the highest standards of HSE are maintained in all aspects of operations3. Lead Beijing-based emergency response team4. Manage engineering and service providers and ensure compliance with ROC safety management systems5. Laise wiht Partners on operational and oil sales issues6. Maitain performance indicators and make adjustments to operating practice as required7. Ensure oil lifts occur smoothly.8. Provide engineering leadership to operating sites.9. Seek ways to improve production and costs10.Manage operations within operating cost and productiontargets.Mimimum Requirements:Education: Engineering degree；offshore survival training；Medical FitnessSkills: At least 15 years supervisory experienceAt least 15 years oilfield operational experience
