Roles and Responsibilities:During Project:Be trained in the ADN project and certified as a qualified Lab Technician for Day 1 readiness.接受ADN 项目培训并成为一名合格的实验室技术员。Trained on sample preparation, instrument operation, safety rules, emergency response, basic process knowledges, etc.接受样品制备，仪器操作，安全规范，应急响应，基础工艺等知识和操作的培训。Participate in equipment tests, chemical preparation according to the project schedule.根据项目进度参与设备调试,化学品制备等工作。Provide testing service for pre-commissioning and commissioning before start-up.在工厂开车前为前期调试和调试提供样品测试支持。Assist works in the editing and collating of related documents, labeling and inventorying of equipment, chemicals, and consumptions.协助相关文档编辑和整理，及设备，化学品和耗材的标识和归档工作。Make efforts to transformation opportunities for ADN project as well for future ADN operations, like digitalization, SRS (Shift-Run-the-Shift), etc.为ADN项目在实施过程中的转型建言献策并积极参与其中，如：数字化转型，将来班组当班期间的自主管理等。Based on Invista culture, take active part in molding sustainable and healthy culture of ADN team and carry out it in daily time .基于英威达的企业文化，积极参与打造ADN运营可持续的、健康的团队工作氛围。During Normal Operation after Project:Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures.并遵守安全政策和程序。Be trained, understand, and perform all test methods and procedures of ADN lab, and be capable of finishing tests independently.，理解和能应用ADN 实验室所有的分析方法和测试程序，能独立完成样品测试。Finish routine and on-request lab test works for final products, in-process samples, raw materials, and environmental samples in-time and accurately, record data and report result in LIMS.准确地对终产品，过程样品，来料，和环境样品进行分析和检验，在LIMS中记录数据和出具测试报告。Testing results on-time communication between lab and Operation team and clear communication on lab things between lab shifts产团队及时沟通测试结果，做好交接班Daily management of lab samples, chemicals, and consumptions by correct labeling/classification/storage/treatment, ensure clear and right recording.日常实验室样品，化学试剂，和耗材管理，正确地标记/分类/储存/处置，确保实验室记录清晰准确。Daily check for lab equipment, ensure the good status.验室设备进行例行检查，确保实验室设备处于良好状态。Report any abnormal conditions found during testing process and provide efficient information, assist shift leader and chemist to deal with the cases.报告测试过程中的异常情况并提供有效的信息，协助领班或化学师处理这些异常情况。Keep clean and safe working environment of the lab, fulfill the requirements of 5S and EHS of the lab.实验室工作环境的整洁安全，满足实验室5S和EHS的相关要求。Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.按照指示执行主管可能指派的其他职责。Make efforts to transformation opportunities for ADN project as well for future ADN operations, like digitalization, SRS (Shift-Run-the-Shift), etc.为ADN项目在实施过程中的转型建言献策并积极参与其中，如：数字化转型，将来班组当班期间的自主管理等。Based on Invista culture, take active part in molding sustainable and healthy culture of ADN team and carry out it in daily time .基于英威达的企业文化，积极参与打造ADN运营可持续的、健康的团队工作氛围。Technical Skills &ampamp Competencies:High EHS standard in a chemical plant and able to hold accountability of EHS standard.Knowledge of lab sample preparation and lab equipment operation, practical operation skills of instrument like GC, HPLC, IC, ICP, XRF, titrator etc.Basic test data evaluation and computer skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team environment; committed to safety and environmental compliance excellence.Be willing to accept and embrace the changes/transformations for better value creation and self-actualization.Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experiences in a chemical, polymer, or wastewater lab; high potential new graduates are acceptable.Be familiar with operation of analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, IC, ICP, XRF, titrator is an advantage.Experience in HCN or similar high hazard chemical lab is an advantage.Education:Chemical industry related Secondary Technical School degree or above. College or bachelor undergraduate preferred.Language Needed:Basic English reading and communication skills is a plus.
