Job Deions：This position provides technical support service to different function via troubleshooting, maintaining and making modifications/ additions to the plant Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and other process control applications. Also responsible for providing safe, environmentally sound and cost-effective solutions in the process control area.Main Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and enhancement of existing process control applications, DCS and Safety Instrumented System (SIS).为工厂DCS和设备安全系统提供技术支持，提高工艺控制应用水平。2. Responsible for the overall maintenance and configuration of both the DCS and the SIS. This also encompasses the spare parts and software programs for both systems.负责DCS和SIS的整体维护组态工作，包含备品备件和软件程序方面。3. Ensures compliance with Celanese SEPs, RAGAGEPS, Industry practices, Governmental regulations.保障现场运行符合塞拉尼斯工程规范、行业设计规范及国家法律法规。4. Facilitates the creation of unit dashboards to improve visibility of key operating parameter and tools to better utilize data and drive the process to entitlement. 有助于创建单元仪表盘，以提高关键操作参数和工具的可视性，从而更好地利用数据并控制工艺流程5. Participate in process safety reviews for new and existing plant processes， including scale-up process .对新工艺, 现有工艺， 包括放大进行安全回顾。6. Review project feasibility and provide innovative uses of technology.回顾并提出技术改进方案7. Train process personnel on the Control Applications developed on the DCS and SIS.给工艺员工提供DCS和SIS培训。8.
