Coordinate the development team using the AL Harmonized Procedures, respecting the time frames, the quality and cost guidelines given by the Customer : 负责项目启动后的产品开发，满足客户样件需求至正式量产。依照AL开发流程，全面协调开发团队满足客户的日程，品质和成本要求。包括： Concrete ability on frequent interaction with various stakeholders including internal cross-functional team members, external vendors/partners/customer, and global program management teams . 与项目相关方保持充分沟通，包括内部的各职能部门，外部的供应商、合作方、客户，以及全球的项目团队。 Interface to the customer, with regards to cost, timing, quality, involving the proper company functions. 就项目的开发成本，日程和质量要求与客户保持沟通讨论，适当的时候请求公司内部职能部门协助。 Improve Project Financial Performance on BOM, Tooling cost, productivity, NRE and MFG cost. 改善项目的财务指标：BOM成本，模具成本，制造以及一次性投入成本。 Reporting project status, escalating issues and risks internally to Project Control Committee (PCC), execution of Project Assessment meetings, creation and maintenance of Project Status Report(PSR). 向项目管理委员会汇报项目状态&风险事项。主持召开项目各阶段评审会议。创建项目状态报告并定期更新。 Application of AL Harmonized procedures, dedication of work packages to team and project leaders of sub-teams; monitoring timely completion activities . 依照AL项目开发流程，将项目开发任务分解给各职能部门和团队成员，实时监控确保各项任务按时完成。 Responsible of output of project team and customer meetings output should be documented in a “List of Open Points” .Follow the open issue closed on time. 负责将项目团队会议事项&客户会议事项整理为 Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager. 上级安排的其他任务。
