Responsible for the equipment development of new or existing programs, including assembly and sub-assembly equipment， in line with global best practices. 2. Establishes and implements standards, documentation and procedures for all new and existing equipment, assist the quality assurance and customer specifications. 3. Continually improves manufacturing equipment to facilitate increased profit potential and cost reductions. 4. Continually investigates and resolves equipment problems and customer concerns to promote continuous improvement of production efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. Manages equipment suppliers quote, to technical specification, to delivery. 6. Assists in ensuring safety equipment is operational and safety procedures are followed to maintain high safety standards. 7. Performs equipment work which involves conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents. 8. Completes and performs other duties/tasks as may be assigned. 9. Assists in maintaining engineering changes related to equipment s. 10. May supervise or lead on special assignments or projects. Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field 2. Five to seven years of related experience in estimating or cost analysis. 3. Additional education may be substituted for experience and vice versa. 4. Assignments require a good working knowledge of procedures, operating methods and managerial practices or a combination of education and experience that develops technical skills to perform routine assignments with proficiency.
