ROC is4> 基本职责： · Monitor and evaluate individual well performance using surface, downhole and well test data. · Monitor compliance with plans for pressure maintenance by water injection, advise on design and re-design of such plans. · Monitor and report on functionality of critical operating equipment, including transmitters, valves and chokes. · Minimize wastage of gas and power by optimizing well operations to maximize oil production while meeting other production constraints, which will vary time to time. · Monitor all platform rate metering systems and create and maintain daily oil, gas and water balances across the process plant. · Work with Centrilift Engineer on platform to evaluate ESP performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and/or for extending run life. · Work with chemical supplier to ensure that chemical injection to the wells and to the fluid separation process is optimised. · Supervise well intervention work, including PLTs and well stimulations, and key well operations, such as chemical tracer injection. · Supervise start-up of new production wells. · Propose production/injection improvement opportunities to reservoir management team. Take management responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the PT1 multi-phase well test meter and the ODA and ODB well test separators and their ancillary equipment. 职位要求： · Knowledge of both wells and topside process · Able to communicate in written and spoken English & Chinese · Basic knowledge of reservoir engineering · Physically fit and able to work in an offshore location · Familiar with Microsoft computer applications, especially Excel Understand operation of electrical submersible pumps
