Understand the Global accounts organization and behavior to define the commercial strategy towards ed key accounts according to Schneider capability (SECI & global)
Build up the big picture of project and play a role as a Commercial Leader in assigned sales area.
Follow up the Targeted Projects co-coordinating with the SECI various departments and Partner in the regions and with international teams
Strengthen the relationship and influence the customer.
Prospect and develop new potential customers
Be an active team member of the Schneider world team for Oil & Gas business
Provide timely information to the IPM to fill in & the SIP (Schneider International Projects) database.
Assist in the formulation and implement of action plan.
Requirement
Good understanding of the organization of Chinese Oil & Gas companies,
Good understanding of the organizational behaviors of the Chinese Oil & Gas companies
Good understanding of the industrial process of Oil & Gas upstream, stream, downstream applications
Good knowledge of Power Distribution, Automation, Safety & Security Solutions to Oil & Gas
Proactive & able to work independently
Good relationship builder
Experiences in Oil & Gas customers
