Essential Duties:
1. Ensure the engineering integrity of operating sites in maintained.
2. Ensure the highest standards of HSE are maintained in all aspects of operations
3. Lead Beijing-based emergency response team
4. Manage engineering and service providers and ensure compliance with ROC safety management systems
5. Laise wiht Partners on operational and oil sales issues
6. Maitain performance indicators and make adjustments to operating practice as required
7. Ensure oil lifts occur smoothly.
8. Provide engineering leadership to operating sites.
9. Seek ways to improve production and costs
10.Manage operations within operating cost and productiontargets.
Mimimum Requirements:
Education: Engineering degree；offshore survival training；Medical Fitness
Skills: At least 15 years supervisory experience
At least 15 years oilfield operational experience
